During this complimentary virtual meeting, we'll learn about your current testing process, answer your questions, and determine whether OnPoint Mobile Diagnostics is the right mobile testing partner for your organization. This meeting is ideal for employers interested in: • Mobile DOT and/or Non-DOT drug testing • Pre-employment testing • Random testing programs • Post-accident testing • Group or onsite collections • Becoming a new client • After-hour collections Meetings are held via Google Meet.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing OnPoint Mobile Diagnostics LLC for your mobile DOT and Non-DOT urine drug testing needs. We are committed to providing professional, convenient, and reliable collection services for employers throughout Georgia. Appointment Scheduling: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system, phone, or direct communication with OnPoint Mobile Diagnostics LLC. Appointments are not considered confirmed until required information has been received and availability has been approved. For employer group collections, additional coordination may be required to ensure proper preparation, supplies, and scheduling. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that schedules can change. Clients must provide notice as soon as possible for cancellations or appointment changes. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time will not incur a cancellation fee. * Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved appointment time, preparation, and administrative costs. * If a collector arrives at the scheduled location and the collection cannot be completed due to client or donor-related delays, additional fees may apply. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require advance payment before future services are scheduled. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate collection details, including: * Correct collection location * Donor availability at the scheduled time * A safe and appropriate collection environment Delays caused by incorrect information, unavailable donors, restricted access, or other client-related issues may result in additional charges. Laboratory & Testing Fees: Testing-related charges may include laboratory processing fees, Medical Review Officer (MRO) review fees, and other required testing fees. These fees may be billed separately or included with the final invoice depending on the selected service. Clients are responsible for payment of all applicable fees associated with requested testing services. Invoicing & Payment Terms: Invoices are issued after services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment terms will be communicated during scheduling. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, ACH payment, or other approved payment options. Outstanding balances may result in suspension
