Who do you serve?
We primarily serve Non-DOT and DOT-regulated employers, transportation companies, and businesses that require compliant urine drug testing collections for safety-sensitive positions.
Can individuals schedule a DOT test?
Yes, individuals who require DOT-compliant testing may schedule an appointment as needed, depending on the testing requirement.
Do you offer results directly?
No. OnPoint Mobile Diagnostics is a mobile specimen collection provider. We collect DOT and Non-DOT urine specimens and coordinate laboratory testing through our laboratory partner. Test results are released according to the employer's testing program and laboratory reporting procedures. This helps ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the testing process.
How quickly can I schedule a test?
Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on availability. We recommend scheduling in advance when possible.

How long does the collection process take?
Most urine collections are completed on-site in approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on the situation.
