Important: C/TPA services do not replace the employer’s responsibility for DOT compliance. Laboratory, MRO, Clearinghouse query, and drug testing fees may be billed separately.

C/TPA Enrollment & Refund Policy
C/TPA services require an initial payment consisting of the applicable one-time setup fee and first month's subscription payment. Payment allows OnPoint Mobile Diagnostics to begin reviewing the employer's information and preparing for C/TPA onboarding.
All C/TPA enrollments are subject to review. OnPoint will review the employer's information, service needs, covered employee population, applicable DOT requirements, and required authorizations to determine whether the requested services are a good fit for OnPoint.
If OnPoint determines that it cannot provide the requested C/TPA services, the subscription will be canceled, and the setup fee and first month's subscription payment will be refunded.
There is no cancellation fee for future subscription cancellations. Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice by email so that OnPoint can properly document the request. Cancellation stops future recurring payments but does not automatically issue a refund for a billing period already paid.
